Function review
The
1-pass Manager application is provided to help you manage your credentials.
This section describes the functions available.
Main
Application Window
The 1-pass Manager main window shows the list of stored credentials.
You can work from the menu bar, or right-click on any entry in the
list.

Launch
Web Pages
This
function will launch the selected Web page. You can also access
this function by right-clicking any item in the list, or throught
the menu obtained by left-clicking on the 1-pass icon in the "systray".

Lock
you credential
If you want to lock 1-pass and make sure that it can not be
used by anyone who does not know the 1-pass password, use the function
"Lock" in the "Action" menu.

"Deactivate" 1-pass
If you want to deactivate 1-pass, i.e. it does not pop up to
request new credentials automatically fill Web pages with your credentials,
click on the "Deactivate" function. When deactivated,
click again on the "Deactivate" function to re-activate
1-pass.

Change
the 1-pass password
To change the password that unlock 1-pass, click on the function
"Change Password" in the "Action" menu.

If you choose the "Change Password" function, you
will be prompted to enter the Old Password and the New Password
(twice). If you click on "Cancel" at any time, the old
password will remain the right one.

Preferences
The "Preferences" function is used to set up the lock
delay and the language of 1-pass.

session preferences
You can set 1-pass in different ways to protect your credentials
/ Personnal Web Pages logon. There are three possible configurations:
"Never expire": login once and 1-pass will never
ask you to login again unless you quit 1-pass, change the configuration,
set the "Lock" function in the menu "Action".
"Always prompt me": 1-pass will ask you to enter
the password for each function accessed (in 1-pass Manager, before
logging in to a Web Page, etc...).
"Expire in": will automatically lock 1-pass after
the specified period of inactivity.
"Language": select your the language of 1-pass
user interface.

Preferences

Delete
a credential
This function will permanently delete the credentials stored
for the selected Web Page. This function may also be accessed by
right-clicking on the page name in the list.

Page
Properties
This
function opens a dialog box where detailed information about the
selected Web page.

Login
information properties
In this dialog box you will find all the information about the
credentials stored for each Web page:
The URL of the page, this field can't be modified.
The "Page Name" can be changed to be more comprehensive,
note that this field has to be unique in the list of Page names.
"Auto submit" this option tells 1-pass whether
to submit (or not) the Web Page automatically.
"Ignore this page" that toggles 1-pass for the
site. If selected, 1-pass will not do anything with th Web page.
The "Details" button displace the list of Fields/Values
stored for this page.

Id
and password field modifications
You can change the value of a field, and/or the field name.
If you change the value of a field, it will change your login credentials
and might result in an error at the next login.

Password

This function lets you replace the password for the Web Page.
If you change the password, you might not be able to log in the
Web Page with 1-pass if the password is not valid. This function
has to be used with caution.
